So when I was like 8 years old, my family went on a trip to Germany during Christmas and we went to these awesome markets and i saw these really cool wire wrap trees and my uncle bought one for me.
Then a couple of months ago I got a load of brass wire so naturally I tried to make on like the one I had, the one we bought looked way cooler cause it was set on a marble base and the crystals on the branches were amber. Mine was made using rocks I found in the field behind my house but still

the patina looked way better before the clear coat it had loads of blues and purples now it's mostly reds yellows and oranges

So I really liked the bleach anime I wanted to make something from the anime, and by far the most iconic thing is the combat pass. Most of the tutorials I saw for this were using some fancy laser cutting super mega cnc mill (I believe that is the technical term) so i tried to make one using only a rotary tool which is probably more common

so I actually made this by accident originally the gold lines were going to be black but for some reason the exposed parts got electroplated instead of etched. So now it has the hexagons made from a mix of rust and copper.I didn't coat it because I hope the copper will turn to the blue green patina 

Overall it came out better this way I think

So we cleared out my grandfather's house and this was one of the few things that wasn't completely roached so i decided to re-purpose it  

i'm back (probably talking to myself)

So i'm finished with the leaving cert and i'm rested up so ready to start posting and stuff again have a couple of projects i have finished already i was thinking of maybe uploading stuff 3 times a week because reasons so it will probably be Monday Wednesday and Saturday and i guess i'll actually do something with that you tube channel soon enough as well  so yea
